Round 1. Why Uber? Round 2. Excel test - not too hard, brush up on your pivot tables Round 3. Call with recruiter, essentially step 1 repeated again Round 4. Call with hiring manager, I'd suggest having opinions on Uber's business model Round 5. Many hours of interviews and case studies... They'll expect you to dedicate a full-time workload to this interview. In my experience, at least, they promised to get back with an answer within a week and it took MANY emails back and forth to get a response. Lazy? Arrogant? Who knows - just make sure to tread with caution before you commit yourself to this mind-numbing gauntlet.
