The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Milwaukee, WI) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online and received an email about the group interview in about two days. For the group interview, we met in the store then walked across the street to the public market. There were 8 of us, and I was surprised to see that the two women interviewing us didn't take notes. Overall it was an average interview - for questions we just popcorned around the table.
-Also, they asked us to bring an item that "best represents you"
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
