Interview
The hiring process was pretty simple. I was emailed a few days after I submitted my application online and although it stated group interview, it was an individual interview. I heard back 48 hours later and was offered the position, which I accepted. The interview itself was pretty great. I enjoyed being challenged by the questions, but the assistant store manager and store manager made me feel at ease during my first interview and later for my follow-up interview (with store manager.)

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
