I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
I was referred by a friend, and had already been through the group interview process with another store, where I had been offered a position but was unable to accept it at the time of offer. I met with multiple store managers. They all asked the same questions so there was clearly a lack of communication between them. They were very unprofessional and I constantly had to follow up and chase them for any feedback or answers. I was given a background check and told I would be starting shortly after but never heard from them. I found another job because I didn't like how unprofessional they were.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
