The process took 2 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Austin, TX) in Oct 2009
Interview
We began with a large group interview: almost 20 people sitting around on the floor in yoga clothes and casual clothes. We introduced ourselves, and then the managers began asking open questions, such as "How do you like to sweat?" "What is your best/ worst quality?" etc. They explained about the store-- blackout periods for the holiday season, etc. We then filled out a sheet with info on our personal, health, and career goals (apparently the co. is really into goals). They then said that if we were chosen to continue, we would be called in for a 1:1 interview.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Question 1
What’s a challenging experience you’ve gone through?
Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Birmingham, MI)
Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
