I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Auckland, Auckland) in Nov 2013
Interview
Applied online. When I didn't hear anything for several days, I went into the store to ask to speak to a manager, who I was not able to speak with. I got a call later that afternoon for a group interview. Found that to be very hard and frustrating. There was about 6 of us all trying to impress for the same job. The two managers asked several basic questions; What are your goals? Why lululemon. I tried to answer honestly and outlined my yoga teacher training and past job experiences, and was very enthusiastic as they are high energy people.
I didn't hear anything back so I emailed thanking them for interviewing me and I was given a call back about 10 minutes later. I was offered a second round interview, which was a 1 on 1. We just chatted and it was much more casual, but same basic questions. I was given a call back later that day with a job offer.

Question 1
Share an experience that you contribute to the inclusivity of the team
Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well
