Applied online, got an email for a group interview a day or two later. It was extremely early in the morning, 7am before the store opened. All of the staff were lovely and warm. There was a very large group for the interview, around 9-10. They went around the store asking the typical group interview questions (why do you want to work for us etc.) but also more specific questions about the yoga lifestyle, health/fitness. I didn't really feel much of a fit as the interview went on as I'm not at all interested in yoga, but still really like their clothes for other sports etc.
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
