Applied online and received a call the next day to schedule a group interview. My group was large with about 13 people. The interview was run by one of the recruitment team, while two "educators" sat and observed. We were later told these two "educators" were the head honchos of the GEC. The interview consisted of a question & answer period, group activity, grammar test, and typing test. Pretty easy as far as interviews go. They are definitely looking for a specific type of person.

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
