I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at lululemon (Boca Raton, FL) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was a group interview that felt superficial and nothing felt relevant to the job. They also required three days of training if hired (which is fine) but it was mandatory that it had to be on particular days (all day) and school was not an excuse to negotiate different times or days. They told me they could write an email to my professors so I could have an excused absence. That’s not how that works.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Question 1
What’s a challenging experience you’ve gone through?
Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Birmingham, MI)
Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
