If they consider your application, they invite you to a group interview over zoom where you and the other applicants have time to answer each question independently. The questions are not specific but they are looking for a way for you to direct your answers back to the role you are applying for. After the first interview, if you are being considered, you get invited to a 1:1 interview next. After the 1:1, they invite you to a final interview which indicates you are highly considered.

Think about something you are passionate about, for example a place, hobby, activity, game, or other topic. Assume we are not familiar and teach the group about it within a couple of minutes. Can you share something you think would also make others excited about it?
Tell us about a time when someone was struggling with a task to the point where it was interfering with your own ability to get your work done. How did you address this situation?
Tell us about a time when an activity you chose to participate in was not very fun or not as engaging as you anticipated. How did you handle completing that activity?
Tell us about a time you set a goal that you knew would be difficult to achieve but that would also be rewarding. Did you do anything to make the process of working on the goal fun or engaging for yourself? If so, what did you do and why?

It was a group of people gathered together, and they randomly called out a person to answer first, so it would be out of order. Sometimes they do it as a zoom session or in person interview. And they had asked for a second interview. This is a position for a part time educator role.
