I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England) in Sep 2014
Interview
There were two interviews. The first was a very casual group interview, just me and one other girl. It was in a swanky coffee bar in Soho. We had tea and cakes and everyone was dressed in lulu. It was a very chilled interview, we weren't really asked anything about the job itself, more like a casual chat. Everyone was extremely chipper and greeted each other with hugs.
Much to my surprise I was invited to a second interview with the manager, this time in an art gallery. It was a one on one interview and a little more serious with questions actually relating to the job, but again nothing too tough. Unfortunately I wasn't offered a job, most likely because I was late.
