I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Greenwich, CT) in Jan 2014
Interview
Very strange group interview. Very mushy mushy. Asked more about ambition and personality than actual on the job skills needed. They are looking for a particular individual that fits into the company's ethos. In my opinion very narrow minded. I ended up declining the offer because of this. Good company, but not the right for me at this point in time.
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
