I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Westport, CT) in May 2015
Interview
Applied online. You will not get a response, you must call to follow-up. They then scheduled me for a group interview at a bakery. Two managers, three people being interviewed. Extremely personal and strange questions. I've run half-marathons, love their clothes, and am outgoing, but it seemed to not be about that at all. It was about how you "better" people. The managers talked about how lululemon has shaped their personal lives for the better... It was all how themselves and nothing really about the customer.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Question 1
What’s a challenging experience you’ve gone through?
Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Birmingham, MI)
Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
