I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in May 2022
Interview
I had a couple of interviews. The first one was a group interview. There were a couple of questions we had to answer, giving a few minutes per person to answer. Overall, it was a nice experience since it started and ended on time. Everyone was respectful. The next interview was with the store manager. I ran late due to a technical issue, but glad I was able to catch the manager and she gave me a shot despite the bad first impression.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
