I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon in Jun 2023
Interview
I was first contacted via phone where I spoke with one of the managers for no more than 20 min just about my work experience. I was then interviewed on Zoom on two separate occasions, each with a manager from the store I applied to, and a note-taker. The 2 Zoom interviews I did were both an hour long, the first being about my take on equality within the workplace & how I educate myself on the topic, and the second being more focused on how I handled specific scenarios at my former job. The interviews were about 2 weeks apart which was a bit frustrating.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at lululemon in Oct 2025
Interview
Disappointing experience.
After 5 interview rounds and constant reassurance from HR and line manager about my 'strong fit,' the role was given to an internal candidate.
If a company prioritizes internal hires regardless of experience, they shouldn't lead external candidates on with false hope.
The process felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time.
