Very complex questions asked during the interview which seem to not be customised based on role but asked to everyone at all levels and functions. disrespectful process and does not respect the time and effort of interviewees.
After sending an automated rejection, they reposted the role. It seems they don't have an intention to fill the role but don't mind wasting their own time and that of others. Left a poor impression and says a lot about the management and why issues persist.
