Four interviews stretched out over multiple months. First a preliminary call, then a solo interview, followed by a panel interview and final call with head of department. Long pause in hiring process.

The whole process was done over about a 2 week period, and the interviews themselves accumulated to about 2.5 hours of time commitment outside of any preparation.
