I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Montreal, QC) in Nov 2020
Interview
They brag about being a workplace where everyone is friends with each other... then why make people compete like middle schoolers during the group interview process??? I pointed that out during said group interview, as well as the incongruance between the "kumbaya, nature, love, peace, blabla" vibe the company is trying to convey and the history of rampant sexism, racism and admiration for Ayn Rand the owner and founder has based the business model upon... I knew I didn't want the job, so why not

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at lululemon in Oct 2025
Interview
Disappointing experience.
After 5 interview rounds and constant reassurance from HR and line manager about my 'strong fit,' the role was given to an internal candidate.
If a company prioritizes internal hires regardless of experience, they shouldn't lead external candidates on with false hope.
The process felt disorganized and disrespectful of my time.
