The interview process is rather lengthy. You can expect anywhere from 2-3 rounds during the interview process. Come with strong examples from previous work experience that are focused on guest(customer) experience and how you provided that.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
