I was scheduled for a prescreen, but the recruiter didn’t call and never followed up. A week later, I received a 2nd invite to schedule a prescreen. We finally had the prescreen, but the recruiter didn't acknowledge the no-show (which was odd.) The process felt disorganized. During our prescreen, I learned they had already completed 2nd-round interviews with other candidates. I was also asked questions that were not job-relevant, like my personal goals outside of work. Right now, I'm a caregiver, and I only have time for goals related to professional development. I wasn’t invited for a 2nd round, and looking back, the experience wasn't great. I wouldn't interview with Lululemon again.
