Group interview over Zoom. Briefly introducing yourself and then answering 3 Interview questions, with the remaining time to ask questions. It seemed fairly easy and I felt that I answered all of the questions well. However, I was still rejected with no explanation, even with years of experience working in retail. Not sure why, as they would not provide me feedback.

Choose an item you are wearing or that is around you. Tell me something interesting or not obvious about it and demonstrate how you would sell it to me.
Tell me about a time you developed a trusting relationship with a teammate or someone you worked with to achieve a common goal. What was the situation? What were some of things you did to build that relationship?
In the past, what specific things have you done to make sure you were on time for a commitment where others relied on you (e.g., at work, school, sports, meetings)? If you knew you going to be late, what impact would that leave?

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
