I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Seattle, WA) in May 2024
Interview
Very formal interview process where the manager was reading off of a script. It was very clear that we had a strict 30-minute limit and once that time was up, I would be asked to leave. Exactly four questions were asked, all behavioral and in the STAR format like others have mentioned. I read up on a lot of interview questions to prepare and none of the questions I was actually asked were familiar.

Question 1
What is something you have done operationally that you realized wasn't helping the business, and how did you pivot?
The communication with the hiring manager was straightforward and clear, the interview consisted of mostly situational questions. Unfortunately, the interview was postponed by an hour which had caused me a major inconvenience. During the interview I have learned that the two store managers who had interviewed me were both promoted from within the company, which shows that Lululemon cares about its people. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview we held via Zoom. First interview consisted of myself and the hiring store manager. We dove a little deeper on my resume and was asked a few questions. Second round consisted of myself and two other store managers via Zoom. They asked more constructed, behavioral questions. The third round would've included myself, hiring manager and the regional manager, but regretfully I did not make it to the last round. I was not offered the job that I interviewed for but the hiring manager saw that I can qualify for Key Leader role which is one level below the Assistant Operations role. I kindly rejected the offer since that role is completely out of my interest and I am over qualified for the job.
