Interview
For such a reputable company, the recruiting team is abysmal. Twice now, I have gone through a serious of interviews for manager level roles and twice made it to the final two. For a role of this level the amount of work and prep that goes into it is extremely taxing. In both cases recruiting never responded to my inquiries whether I was successful. I contacted them multiple times to receive no response--EVER. I only found out I didn't get the roles because of an internal contact I have who asked the department head directly.
Seriously guys, get it together and have some respect for the people pouring hours and hours into these interviews. Remember that your interviewers are also your customers. Or in my case, a former customer. I refuse to give my money to a company who is so hypocritical in the way it treats job candidates.
I am far from the first person this has happened to--I know multiple very qualified, professional people who were treated like this or worse.
