I heard back that night that I was invited back for a final one-on-one virtual interview with the manager. (20 min)
1. Introduce yourself.
2. What was a time when you disagreed with a manager? How did you handle it?
3. How important is teamwork to you? Can you name a time when teamwork was detrimental? What does teamwork look like to you?
4. What does good customer service look like?
At the end there was any questions and then informed me on what was to happen if I should be hired. I should hear back if I got the position in a day or two.
Thought I’d help since I found these questions useful! It was nerve wracking because you’re in a group interview twice and they are very thoughtful behavioral questions. Overall though it was casual like literally people were wearing hoodies on zoom. They were fun and one person would interview and one would take notes on each persons responses in the first two interviews. Overall the interview took 2 weeks from reaching out to me to getting offered the position!
