You've been tasked with putting together a program that answers this request. 1. What initiatives would you consider building out? 2. How would you prioritize what to deploy when? 3. How will you measure that this program has a positive impact on Indigo Fair overall? 4. What type of cross-functional support will you need to deploy this initiative? 5. What safeguards will you put in place to make sure this has a positive impact overall? Feel free to browse the Indigo website for inspiration. The homework can be submitted in whatever format you are most comfortable communicating in (document, slide, etc). Guidance is a maximum of 2 hours on this exercise.
What is the hardest customer you dealt with?
The only unexpected part of the interview was the fact that it was fairly nontraditional; not focused on previous work or 'why I wanted to work there'.
