The numbers were never very complicated, but the interviewer is looking to make sure that you can realistically break down a problem and articulate recommendations.

Persistent effort by all interviewers trying to pick my brain as the current operation/function is no longer supported by HP Inc. (post slit of HP into two entities) thus falling apart. All interviewers spent most of their time asking me questions as to how would I resolve this and that while staking careful and copious notes as to optimal solutions to address current issues and problems. Did not even ask me to provide references. Recruiter's most eager question was what was my salary history and requirement,

1) Why did you choose your specific university and your area of study? 2) Why BlackRock? 3) Talk about a time you were innovative 4) What was your favorite class and why? What is the degree distance between the minute and hour hands of a clock at 3:15?
