Questions asked to me were largely unrelated to the job or role itself. The focus was on questioning and critiquing decisions I have made in my academic journey. This was frustrating as I spent a significant amount of time researching the organisation and its initiatives. It appeared that there was no structured interview guide or standard evaluation framework to prevent unbiased interviews.
