The questions were all standard interview questions like run through your resume with me, discuss a time where you had to let someone know their performance was not up to par, discuss a time where you handled a disagreement at work, what is your greatest weakness? etc.
Case study was given and a set of goals were set to achieve, they give you 15 minutes to prepare the answers

I didn't expect to spend a full day performing job duties that were not clear at all from the phone interview. I also didn't expect to walk around all day in heels, so it would have been nice to have a heads up.
