They asked a series of behavioral questions that were included on a form. Each interview lasted 30-45 minutes, and was a series of "tell me about a time when..." type questions. Some of the questions posed by the Head Coach and General Manager were very similar, and I tried to provide different examples. Be prepared with 8-10 STAR/SOARL stories, at least. They also administer the Predictive Index survey a day prior to the interviews and they administer the Wonderlic test onsite between interviews.

There were no unexpected questions, just asking about leadership experience and previous management positions and situations. Almost entirely behavioral questions.
