General HR round questions were asked. It wasnt more technical but it was probing through our attitude. As it is Finance operations role, they didnt want to check my specialization or subject knowledge. They just wanted to check If I am a management guy overall. They just expected me to show that I am the right person for MBA. The role is for Assistant Manager(Operations) after 12 months training and hence they checked whether I have it in me to manage a 10+ member team after 1 year. They checked my professionalism and attitude.
