They never asked me anything, i sat in a room and listened to the CEO speak for an hour an a half. He never once asked anyone any personal questions about themselves and at the end of the orientation, he left the room without asking if anyone if they had any additional questions for him. Definitely made me feel like if i was hired i would have no voice in the company, no sense of direction, and didn't want to set myself up for failure. If the CEO made me feel like i asked a stupid question they why would i feel comfortable working for them?!
