What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you feel about Sales?
Tell me a time when you were new to a leadership role and how did you gain respect? Why should Sherwin-Williams hire you? What do you know about Sherwin-Williams?
There were not unexpected questions. Just be prepared to answer "Tell me a time when you.." questions.
