Years ago when I was interview, there were no "critical thinking" consulting questions like how many tennis balls can you fit on a school bus. Just your typical "tell me about a time when" stuff.
Majority were standard expected questions
Tell me a time when you had to motivate teams to meet a unreasonable deadline.
Scenario questions were detailed and involved across strategy, business change, IT, organisation, supplier, regulatory, and staffing - very extensive
Describe implementation process for BI tools.
