There were no trap questions. A lot of scenario questions: What will you do in this case? How do you handle that? A lot of question about my motivation, my expectation, my personality. On the technical interview, there was an exercise on designing a scalable system.

It wouldn't be fair to put those out here. The technical brainstorming and the assessments given aren't rocket science. If you are someone who is detail oriented, curious, go over and above your call of duty then such things aren't tough to do. These question(s) do require you to make an effort to solving the problem holistically. If you can't solve the technical assessment in some reasonable way then even if you get selected you will not be able to perform in the actual job function.
