The questions asked throughout the interview process were primarily situational, focusing specifically on my managerial experience. Interviewers consistently asked about scenarios involving team leadership, decision-making under pressure, conflict resolution, and handling performance-related issues.
I don't remember all the questions, just the awkwardness of how they were asked. Lots of very simple questions and then when I'd answer, the interviewer would repeat my answers back in the "so what I'm hearing is..." format. It made for a very unnatural conversation.
