No question was critical, just general ones. Do you have any experience of managing the team?
When you have competing priorities, how do you determine what comes first?
Very slow process of interview. They took 3 months to respond. HR does not respond, no feed back from hiring manager or HR. Struggling company with personnel issues. No communication at all during and after interviews. Do no join them. They are very disorganized and lack commitment.
How would your former managers describe you? What kind of manager would you consider yourself?
