Most of the pertinent questions were asked by the coordinator. Its funny because the questions actually led to the type of positions that were posted on job boards now. It took weeks to get feedback on next steps after the coordinator told me that I would be speaking with the VP for the next steps. She also told me I did great in the interview from feedback and passed the assessment. I never got a chance to speak with a VP. I had to chase the coordinator down to get feedback. The hiring practices are questionable at best.
