The on-site interview was on my opinion lead in a bit of a strong tone, the person leading the interview seemed to be driven provoke stress in order to get answers or to know me. The only result for me is that I got a negative impression on the management style. Questions were focused on management style and how to measure people.

Q: Tell me about yourself: Q: Why do you want to work at Relay? There was also a written portion that was introduced as the second part of the interview process. The written prompts were situational and meant to assess your ability to communicate effectively.
