The Interview Questions were barely related to product management. They asked 17 questions about data engineering algorithms. Even my ML friend said it will take him a while to solve the questions

They will ask you to summarize your jobs. It's a dumb question b/c if you read the candidate's resume then no need to ask the candidate resummarize their own resume! Instead, utilize the interview time and go over the job description and responsibilities to see how experienced the candidate is. The hiring manager might ask the candidate to work on a take-home mini project that you are required to write up to 2 pages. I thought it was promising when they asked me to complete a free project.
