Do you have any experience - when my Resume outlines that I have 15+ years of experience... weird!
If I was a desk where would I go and what would I put on it...who would I bring with me?
MOst of them were straight forward and easy
They were very general about there technical questions and mostly focused on IT improvements. Very open to outside the boxing thinking with a focus on how to make IT work with the culture.
1. What do you know about the product? 2. How would you sell this? 3. If you could hire any one other person in this room who would it be and why?
Do you know what direct marketing is?
Interviewer was asking about principle responsibilities not covered in the job posting.
