They asked about my applicable skills, and what I lack and offered me the opportunity to try and sum up their company and the industry with only the knowledge I have of it. Then they filled in certain parts to help me understand what I am applying for and they then asked questions relating to me new knowledge aimed at observing my understanding of how to process information to consider whether I would grasp the fundamentals of the area.

Describe a time you showed determination and perseverance. List 10 strengths and 5 weaknesses of yours. Describe a time you had to rebound from something.
