They didn't really ask me any questions about myself or my experience, even though I periodically asked them if there was anything else they'd like to know. They basically asked me to tell them about myself, my career history and that was it.

The cover letter asked for a significant amount of information. I did not reach the interview stage.

Hmmmm, the ones that centered around managerial style - you just never know what people are looking for and it could be that my way of working with folks just wouldn't work in their environment. That was obviously not a problem, but those questions are tough in general.
