None, nothing too challenging from my point of view. Asked for my recommendation on an approach they are currently taking with a client of theirs . Which was a cheat question really. I don't offer consultancy advise for free , not even in an interview I am afraid.
I ASKED THEM an unexpected question: I asked what their employee churn rate was, they didn't know. I asked what their annual revenue was, they didn't know. These were high level execs I asked.
What to expect with the management
Both consultants asked me for examples of my experience developing new products.
