Overall, I found that the process was not well-handled in terms of communication and setting expectations. Not being transparent about the process was not respectful towards candidates. Also, there's a way to give feedback to unchosen candidates and still ensure a fair process. I was disappointed to see an organization I admire so much not show the same level of professionalism within their selective process.
