If interviewing for a technician/hourly position you will probably be in a group exercise with 5-7 other candidates. Teamwork project for ~90min to see how you work and communicate with others, contribute/participate to complete the task, etc. Expect at least three interviews (HR, Hiring Manager, Manager from another department), more if multiple departments are considering you. ~30min/interview, questions very. It would be good to do your homework and know the company background basics, values/mission statement, and how a transistor works along with very basic microchip manufacturing processes (wikipedia read). Basic questioning. Limited "behavioral questioning" so don't be nervous and be your best self.
