1. Tell me about a time you led a project, what was the problem statement, what were the challenges, how did you solve it, what method did you use, what was the solution you gave?
These are questions that shouldn't have been asked repeatedly because they should have already known the answers. It was in my resume and they also asked me to fill out a form before the interview. The form will ask about very specific and personal questions, like a Google map pin on your house's location. I guess they just don't have the ability to properly assess applicants, or they just want to get your personal info. So be careful about sharing them, especially your IDs and identification numbers. What school did you attend? (It was in my resume) How did you find out about us? (They were chatting me through a job platform and they still asked me this.) How old are you? What is your full name? Will you be amenable to installing and being monitored through a remote monitoring software? This is non-negotiable. (If you say no, they might try to convince you. I said no because I have security concerns about them being able to view my activity on my personal laptop. I was polite, of course, but I had to be honest about it.) Will you be amenable to working on site? This is non-negotiable. (I was surprised because the job ad said remote work. So obviously, I had to say no again because their office is 6 to 7 hours away from my house, and renting there would be very expensive. Also I had to confirm if this was necessary because the job ad says "work from home". They only tagged it as such so they can get more applications, which again, was very unprofessional. Click and bait in recruitment? Yes, it's possible.) So, in short, I had to withdraw, although that part was already implied because I did not want to work on site.

There were a lot of questions related to my past experience as well as hypothetical questions about my first weeks in the role. Overall it was engaging and I liked that I could also understand the company culture from the way the calls were done.
I was asked about how I could contribute to the role and the department and what would I like to learn.
