The most difficult question face had to do with "What types of variables would you consider in a Financial model when running a special train service". Given that I had no exposure to the railway industry I found this question extremely challenging

I was given a scenario where if a new scheme was being rolled out: If a customer spent $30 on itunes he would get cash back of $5. What important aspects or info would you look at to roll out such a scheme. I was then asked from my past experiences, an instance where you directly benefitted the company, explanation how I went about it.
everything was "tell me about a time" or "can you give me examples of when you..."
