After the initial phone interview I was told I would be sent the next set of assessments to do and this was the list (obviously in a simplified format): - Fill out candidacy form - 500 word essay on a food than would entice readers to run out and buy product - Compose assessment for each of the 3 websites in their own PowerPoint presentations touching on... And then they listed 10 questions under the topic content, 10 under technical and 10 under navigation. - Provide an example of a social media strategy you would implement to increase brand awareness. - Compose 3 Instagram posts with pictures. - Creat a mock website of their new brand using all info on current website. - Create an example of a coupon for one of their products. - Produce a 30 to 60 second video on one of the brands.

There were basic questions about my expertise, but it was obvious they had not looked at my resume or samples. The guy also tried to argue with me about my answers and kept asking if I had skills listed on my resume.
