How do you see yourself in the future?
The interviews were very conversational. There were not any unex[ected questions that one would not encounter in some variation in other interviews.

The whole interview is about how you'll move up to management quickly because of the need to expand. The main question was can you place these four topics in order of importance to you, Growth, Compensation, The people you work with, Fun. However you answer your right and will be called to come in for a second interview where you'll be taken out into the field. This involved going out in front of the welfare office and trying to get people coming out to apply for a free government phone. The person I was with didn't have any real idea how he was being compensated for this. It sounded like you get paid how they see fit.
