There is a long Character Assessment you take prior to your offer. The questions were designed to see how you will handle yourself in different situations that may arise. then you are contacted for an interview, providing your answers are acceptable. For a part time job the whole process was a little over the top. I would not expect a quick or easy Onboarding experience.
